The patches are inconspicuous, transparent and thanks to their size of only 32 x 32 millimetres, they won't get in the way or draw unnecessary 

Usage: Carefully peel one plastic sheet patch from the corner. Apply to the skin (for example, on the inside of the arm). Leave the patch on for up to 24 hours, then peel it off. If you apply another patch, stick it in a different place. Any small remnants of the patch can simply be washed off with soap and water.

Extract of gotu kola or Asian umbilical cord grass. Gotu kola has a number of interesting properties, for example, it can support the proper functioning of the nervous system, relieve anxiety and also positively affect the production of collagen, which is responsible for the elasticity and overall health of the skin.
Extract of damiana or spreading pastala. Damiana is a small shrub with yellow flowers that has been reported to have a wide range of beneficial effects - for example, it is used as a natural antidepressant, may contribute to weight control, and may also positively affect libido, or natural sex drive.
The extract of the Grape Thistle, also known as Black Cohosh. This herb from the resinous family is used against hot flashes, excessive sweating, and other unpleasant symptoms of menopause.
