Bio Kefir Plus capsules

Biokefir Plus is a food supplement that contains freeze-dried granules of Kefir, live lactic ferments, and Bio prebiotic fiber, useful for facilitating the balance of the intestinal flora, useful in intestinal dysbiosis and balance of the intestinal microbiota. Biokefir is a food supplement of live lactic ferments and freeze-dried Kefir granules.

How to use: We recommend taking one capsule a day with a glass of water, preferably between meals.
