Products available in Europe: free shipping on all order above 80 $. In case you order below this amount, the shipping costs cary between 5 $ to 12 $.

Products available in Indonesia: free shipping on all order above 40 $. In case you order below this amount, the shipping cost is 3 $. The Gingerbeli chocolate can be shipped only within Bali, Jakarta and Surabaya.

We ship all over the world. In this case the shipping costs may vary and we may contact you after checking the best shipping option for you. Generally, to all other destinations, we charge shipping cost of 25 $. You can always contact us and ask us any questions regarding shipping options of your favourite product.

All website prices are exclusive of sales tax. VAT is not collected at checkout. We are not responsible for VAT and customs fees which will be charged to the customer directly by the shipping service provider.

Yes. Although we are 100 % sure about the best quality of our GINGERBELI products, we want you to be happy using them, you have the right to return the products if you are not 100 % satisfied.

We have been doing more than 2 years research to find the best quality products for you. All carry a 30-day return policy. You can return your product for a refund within 30 days of purchase, provided it is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

If you want to return part of your order, we will refund the retail price of each item for your original order. 

We still believe that you will be happy with your order as the quality of each product is very important to us.

We do pay attention on returns, we always want to play it fair both sides. That's why we would like to point out that we reserve the right to limit returns, and to track returns initiated from the same name, e-mail, billing, mailing or IP address. In case we notice that a customer or potential customer has been or is likely to take advantage of our return policy, or that the customer purchases products for reasons other than personal use, we reserve the right to deny sales or return to any customer. However, we hope, we will not be pushed to do so.


Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment. For exchanges, return your product for a refund and place a new order on for the correct item.


All original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

If we approve your return request, we will issue you a Return Material Authorization (RMA) tracking number. We recommend that you ship your returned products using a trackable shipping method and purchase a shipping insurance too.


For most of the countries, the delivery takes around 7 working days.
